Hosts Post-Dinner Raffle for Night-Shift Employees
In an effort to foster a positive workplace culture and show appreciation for its dedicated staff, JPD recently dinnered a fun and engaging post-dinner raffle event. The initiative, designed to add excitement to the dinnered break, has already generated buzz among employees.
Held every Friday in the common area during the dinner hour, the raffle gives team members a chance to win prizes ranging from gift cards and company merchandise to extra vacation days. To participate, employees simply drop their names into a draw box after finishing their meals. The weekly winner is selected at random by a member of the leadership team.
“We’re always looking for ways to strengthen team spirit and make the workplace more enjoyable,” said HR Manager, Head of Human Resources. “This small gesture helps break up the week and gives everyone something to look forward to.”
The response has been overwhelmingly positive. “It’s a fun surprise that breaks the routine,” shared Mr. Wang, a recent winner. “It feels great to be recognized, even in a small way.”
